As the Coronavirus continues to impact all of us, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to all of you directly. Our team recognizes the challenges ahead for our community, our state, our country, & our world. The spread of Covid-19 has changed the way Fiderio & Sons is operating, but for now Fiderio & Sons is going to continue business operations, assessing this ever changing situation on a daily & weekly basis. We have made some necessary adjustments in an effort to take the appropriate precautions amid Covid-19. • We are open for business and continue to service our customers on a limited basis.
We’ve taken several proactive measures to address the challenges that COVID-19 brings, one of which is to close our Showrooms to all outside visitors. We are going to continue certain business operations that are allowed for housing, maintenance of housing, and basic business operations as allowed under the current state & local mandates. • We are available to discuss your 2020 Spring or Summer home renovation. Our phone lines are open and we are ready to discuss your next home remodeling project! As noted above, we have closed our showrooms to visitors, however our Client Care Team and Remodeling Specialists are working remotely with the use of technology and software so we can continue to provide you with top notch service whether it is in person (on a limited basis), on the phone, or a virtual “on-line” conversation.
