Founder & CEO
John FiderioFounder, President & CEO
John & Celine Fiderio founded Fiderio & Sons in 1984. However, John’s experience in the construction industry began much earlier in life.
He grew up in the trades and learned much from his own father who was a skilled carpenter and business owner. John is very proud that the company is now a multi-generational family company and that he has such a dedicated and talented staff, many of which have been with him for over twenty years.
John oversees the operational aspects of the company and has been doing so since inception in 1984. He supervises the day to day activities, from the estimating and accounting to the sales and production. Having designed hundreds of additions and interior projects that range from simple to extensive in scope, John applies that experience to develop the flow and function of your project, while respecting and enhancing your property’s value. He understands firsthand both the challenges and excitement homeowners face when remodeling or adding on to their homes and believes a well-conceived design will retain a timeless quality.
While John is not working, you can find him enjoying the company of his family. His wife, children, grandchildren and extended family are his pride and joy. You might also find him out on the golf course serving up some worm burners with his buddies.

Jonathan FiderioProject Development & Design, Remodeling Consultant
Jonathan has grown up around the family business all his life. He told his kindergarten teacher he wanted to be a builder like his Dad. He’s the oldest of the four children.
Jonathan spends most of his time partnering with clients brainstorming their renovation ideas & learning about what is most important to them in the renovation process. He is dedicated to creating unique and customized designs to compliment their vision and lifestyle. His favorite home remodeling projects are kitchens, home additions, total home renovations, and bath remodeling. With years of experience managing designs, builds and remodels, Jonathan is committed to creating a positive experience from start to finish for customers. Fun Fact: In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his two beautiful daughters and their dog, Bodhi at the beach.
Scott BoutiellerProject Developer & Remodeling Consultant
Scott brings over 30 years in the home remodeling industry paired with kitchen & bath design. His father was a custom home builder, born with a hammer in his hand, so it was only natural for Scott to follow in his footsteps guiding homeowners through their major home renovations and bringing their ideas to life.
Creative and detail oriented Scott will bring passion and expertise to every project big or small. He loves dogs and enjoys restoring classic muscle cars on the weekends as well as completing his own home renovations in his free time!
Dave LaferriereProject Developer & Remodeling Consultant
Dave is an experienced sales specialist with more than a decade of experience leading people to a decision on how to best remodel their home, while finding innovative solutions that get to the core of his clients’ problems & uncovering the home’s true potential.
Dave spends much of his time, helping families with both interior and exterior projects including bathroom remodeling, basements, roofing, siding, sunroom additions and so much more! Dave believes that honesty, quality products and systematic production management set Fiderio & Sons apart in the local marketplace. In his free time, Dave spends time with his wife and three children at home or often coaching the little league team. Dave is a huge Greenbay Packers fan, loves softball and the Red Sox too.
Tom SullivanProject Developer & Remodeling Consultant
Tom Sullivan is an experienced carpenter with a fascination for woodworking and historic architecture. At Fiderio & Sons, he helps homeowners explore how to bring their home renovation ideas to life. With his background in carpentry, he has a unique ability to connect with customers.
He loves to travel, explore and experience new places. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and camping as well as going to concerts and performing with his own band.
Project Management & Production Team
Matt FiderioProduction Superintendent and Production Manager Kitchen and Bath
Matt oversees and manages the day to day projects for interior remodeling at Fiderio & Sons. Matt brings over 20 years of experience in the home remodeling industry and embraces the importance of “process and planning” always taking a proactive approach to ensure a smooth installation experience for each customer.
Matt enjoys meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations by setting up the schedule with careful project management and quality workmanship, and jobs that finish on time and on budget to create raving fans! Matt enjoys time at home with his wife Margaretann and two dogs Neo & Trinity. He embraces time at home relaxing at the pool and among friends and family, especially his nieces and nephews.
Jeff PaineProject Manager
Jeff brings more than 40 years of home remodeling experience to Fiderio & Sons. Jeff is an experienced project manager with a background in residential remodeling and construction. Focused on communication and customer service, while dedicated to quality craftmanship, he is supported by a top notch team.
Jeff currently manages and oversees the remodeling projects, from concept to completion. Once a contract has been signed, he will be the onsite point of contact & responsible for the day to day schedule for most renovations. He brings competence and a fun loving attitude to each venture. Jeff enjoys time at home with wife, family and golden retrievers and adores his grandchildren. In his free time, he especially loves being outdoors fishing and hunting.
Mark FiderioProject Manager & Lead Carpenter
Mark Fiderio brings expert craftsmanship and construction management to every project. With more than 40 years experience in the field, Mark has been recognized as a significant member of the Fiderio & Sons team as the lead kitchen installer and project manager.
Mark has the expertise and craftmanship to work on the toughest projects — often solving problems others said couldn’t be solved. He continually delivers excellent customer service and unparalleled installation expertise and workmanship. Mark enjoys time spent with family and among friends. A favorite past-time is gardening and enjoying the outdoors.
Office & Client Care Team
Jamie Fiderio-Guidone Administrator
Jamie focuses on the financial management of the company and overall company administration & business office. Jamie is known for her contagious laughter around the office and her dedication to long standing customers.
With more than fifteen years experience in the business, Jamie has an understanding of the business financials, technical management, marketing, customer support and sales functions. She strives to build long standing relationships with staff and customers alike. She enjoys the diversity of the day from meeting clients for selections or showroom appointments to preparing financial reports, coordinating business growth or more!
Melanie VoitkevicsFinance & Controller
After growng up in Meriden, Melanie earned her accounting degree from CCSU, and brings over 20 years of business & accounting experience to Fiderio & Sons.
With background in both small and mid-size companies in the manufacturing, non-profit, and retail sector; she brings a diverse business acumen which allows her to manage the business financials and contribute to the overall business operations. Melanie enjoys time at home with her parrot and Bosco, her fur-child, Frenchie dog; who occasionally visits the Fiderio office! Gardening is a favorite past time as well as, quality time among friends.
Margaretann FiderioMarketing & Client Care Manager
Margaretann’ s passion for exceptional client care is evident in her daily interactions as she frequently includes handwritten note-cards & making phone calls outside normal hours when it comes to client communication. Margaretann grew up in Meriden & Cheshire, earned her BA degree at Lasalle in Philadelphia & MBA at University of New Haven.
She enjoys time at beach, jet skiing and loves to travel. She & her husband Matt, enjoy time with their two dogs and with friends & family. Margaretann also spends much of her free time as a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams and spends her evenings and weekends helping local families achieve their real estate goals. At Fiderio & Sons, you will find Margaretann in the showroom answering the phone, scheduling appointments or coordinating marketing initiatives as role is dedicated to improving the lives of Fiderio clients with a worry free remodeling experience.
Maria RemyClient Care Coordinator
With over 35 year’s experience in an office setting, Maria brings experience, and her top notch organizational and customer service skills! She enjoys assisting customers providing them with trustworthy and quality service.
Maria and her family enjoyed Florida for many years and have recently returned to CT to be closer to home where she grew up. Maria feels that working for the Fiderio family has been a great opportunity; where she has built great friendships and especially enjoys the office mascot dogs in the pet friendly office environment.
Michael had a passion for remodeling and for customer service.
He was always willing to share his knowledge with each client so they are informed and understood the scope of their renovation. He brought a friendly and outgoing attitude and great work ethic to the team at Fiderio & Sons. He will be very missed.
