John FiderioPresident and Founder of Fiderio & Sons Home Remodeling
John & Celine Fiderio founded Fiderio & Sons in 1984. However, John’s experience in the construction industry began much earlier in life. He grew up in the trades and learned much from his own father who was a skilled carpenter and business owner.
John is very proud that the company is now a multi-generational family company and that he has such a dedicated and talented staff, many of which have been with him for over twenty years.
John directs and manages all operational aspects of the company and has been doing so since inception in 1984. He supervises the day to day activities, from the estimating and accounting to the sales and production of more than 200 individual work projects each year. Having designed hundreds of additions and interior projects that range from simple to extensive in scope, John applies that experience to develop the flow and function of your project, while respecting and enhancing your property’s value. He understands firsthand both the challenges and excitement homeowners face when remodeling or adding on to their homes and believes a well-conceived design will retain a timeless quality.
While John is not working, you can find him enjoying the company of his family. His wife, children, grandchildren and extended family are his pride and joy. You might also find him out on the golf course serving up some worm burners with his buddies.
Jonathan FiderioProject Developer
Jonathan has grown up around the family business. He told his kindergarten teacher he wanted to be a builder like his Dad.
He’s the oldest of the four children. He spends most of his time partnering with clients to help them bring their visions into 3D designs and then real life. He enjoys problem-solving with clients to help them make their homes fit them & their lifestyles better. His favorite home projects are kitchens, home additions, total home renovations, and bath remodeling. With more than a decade of experience managing designs, builds and remodels, Jonathan is committed to creating a positive experience from start to finish for customers. Fun Fact: In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, two beautiful daughters and their dog, Bodhi.
Matt FiderioProduction Superintendent and Production Manager Kitchen and Bath
Matt is in the day to day of all projects in contract with Fiderio & Sons.
Matt brings over fifteen years of experience and in the home remodeling industry and embraces the importance of form following function, and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of managing the production crews. Matt believes a proactive planning approach and good job foundation are the two secrets to creating raving clients! At Fiderio, this includes weekly production meetings, complete job scoping, design plans and job book as well as a talented crew. All these elements combined and setting up each job in a disciplined and structured way makes success more likely for each renovation.
Jamie Fiderio-Guidone Administrator
Jamie focuses on the financial management of the company and overall company administration as Chief of Staff.
Jamie is known for her contagious laughter around the office and her dedication to long standing customers! With a decade of experience in the business, Jamie has an understanding of the design process, production management, process control, technical management, marketing, customer support and sales functions. She believes maintaining great documentation, a systematic approach and valuing each relationship along the way! She enjoys the diversity of the day from meeting clients for selections or showroom appointments to preparing financial reports, coordinating business growth or more!
Paul VerselliProduction Manager, Home Additions and Interiors Renovations
Paul brings his passion for construction and project management to every project, whether it’s a whole house renovation or a one room addition.
As a significant member of the Fiderio & Sons team, Paul has been working along John Fiderio and the family team since 1984 and is recognized as the Project Manager for his keen ability to manage all aspects of each renovation, from design to delivery of the final walk through. Once a contract has been signed, Paul will be your onsite point of contact responsible for the day to day production/advancement of the project.
Michael UccelliniRemodeling Specialist
Michael has a passion for remodeling and for customer service.
When you meet with Mike, he will answer any questions you have, explain how our process works, and discuss what you would like to do with your remodeling project. He is always willing to share his knowledge with each client so they are informed and understand the scope of their renovation. He brings a friendly and outgoing attitude and great work ethic to the team at Fiderio & Sons. With more than fifteen years at Fiderio & Sons, Mike has a reputation that brings customers back year after year.
Dave LaferriereRemodeling Specialist
Dave is an experienced sales specialist with a decade of experience leading people to a decision on how to best remodel their home,
while finding innovative solutions that get to the core of his clients’ problems; uncovering a home’s true potential in the process. He truly has a “can do” attitude, and frequently demonstrates an ability to problem solve. Dave believes honesty, quality products and systematic production management set Fiderio & Sons apart in the local marketplace.
Matt DowRemodeling Specialist
Matt is a home remodeler with 15 years in the construction field and experience managing remodeling of residential projects.
Matt seizes every day with joy and every client visit as an opportunity to help each homeowner achieve their goals! Matt will answer any questions you have, explain how our process works, and discuss what you would like to do with your remodeling project to help you determine if Fiderio & Sons is a great match for your renovation. He enjoys the sales process as much as he does taking measurements and gathering information of the project and believes that building trust with each customer is top priority to earning their business.
Mark FiderioLead Carpenter
Mark Fiderio brings expert craftsmanship and construction management to every project.
As brother to John Fiderio and lead carpenter for more than 20 years, Mark has been recognized as a significant member of the Fiderio & Sons team and continually delivers excellent customer service and unparalleled installation expertise and workmanship.
Margaretann FiderioMarketing & Client Care Manager
Margaretann’s passion for exceptional service is evident in her daily interactions, whether it is by completing customer satisfaction follow-up or answering questions; building trust and timely responsiveness is a cornerstone for each relationship.
Always on the lookout for ways to incorporate meaningful or personal elements into her client care approach, she frequently includes handwritten note-cards, outside normal working hour’s phone calls or emails to go the extra mile. She believes exceptional customer service begins with exceptional people and by blending that unrivaled customer service with quality products, integrity and respect. Customers interested in any type of remodeling or renovation work will speak with Margaretann or Jenn as the first point of contact for Fiderio & Sons.
Jennifer Roman Client Care Assistant & Reception
Jenn is the “Voice of Fiderio & Sons” and she helps with the customer service coordination.
She focuses on delighting customers with an excellent experience and has a great spirit and a good work ethic. With more than fifteen years’ experience in customer service, she brings a great attitude and friendliness to the team at Fiderio & Sons. Customers interested in any type of remodeling or renovation work will likely speak with Jenn or Margaretann as the first point of contact for Fiderio & Sons.
Denise HorbacewiczBilling Coordinator and Project Coordinator
Denise knows Fiderio & Sons inside and out with more than twenty-seven years’ experience she has contributed to the overall company growth in countless ways.
With vast company experience, her primary function is in the accounts payable/receivable department, and she also services as an assistant production Coordinator. Every customer will speak with Denise at some point on their renovation journey; her goal is to always ensure that we serve each client to the best of our ability from start to finish.
